Important details

The first order for every new, unique product variant won't import as an order ready for fulfillment and will appear in your Printful Dashboard with the status Not Synced.

To enable smooth fulfillment processing for future orders from your ShipStation selling channel, manually sync every new unique product variant when you add it to your store.
